What do you like best?

Its great that we have been given the flexibility to 'pimp ' our collection requirements. Integrate staff are also quick to provide help and think about solutions.

Delighted to report that I have nothing to report about dislikes.

I found everyone at Integrate keen to help assist in finding solutions to your requirements.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We host many tradeshows and Integrate has provided us with a great tool in collecting important customer information. The fact that Integrate also provides transcription of the data collected is an added bonus.

We've also been able to create our own forms. This information is then transferred to our CRM System Salesforce. The ability to have everything at your finger tips compared to the old fashion way of collecting 'paper' data and trying to transcribe individual handwriting is fantastic.

What I like best is the fact that it's very easy to use and can also be used offline which is great!

Sometimes the platform can get a little sluggish in the middle of something.

Very easy to set up a campaign and keep them organized within the main sheet.

Still a relatively new user- haven’t come across anything so far

What do you like best?

It's easy to use and it comes pretty handy while you're talking to people at the events, don't have time to remember if you've took their email address, if you've saved their business card and if you know their first name or not. Having everything in one place, quickly accessible and ready for you on the go was super value to myself.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found any particular downsides to it so far. I've aways managed to utilize this to my favor as many new things were there to keep on improving the usability of the app.

Handy app to have by your side at the event

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Typical problems of not having pen and paper while you're talking to someone, don't know what to do with all business cards, hard to track and measure how many people you've talked to at the event...All of these issues are solved since you're able to prepare all pre-booked appointments in the system, scan codes, take a pic of business cards and manage everything online.

What do you like best?

I like being able to quickly track booth attendance at a tradeshow and rate the leads.

What do you dislike?

I have had issues with notes syncing once uploaded into our CRM. Also had problems with going back to edit notes once I submitted a scan.

a very easy way to track leads and take notes after a conversation.
