What are the best aspects of this product?
Our customers have been benefiting from getting support through this app. Articles, help guides, and chatbots are all very useful for them when they have queries regarding our product. We also appreciate that the platform is available in Portuguese.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their product tour can be improved. We had issues navigating it at first.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Intercom made our support team more organized. Our data management has significantly improved and we are now able to communicate with our clients better.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This app has the best customer-facing interface among the products that offer the same service. The setup of chatbots is fast and trouble-free in Intercom. Both our clients and the customer support team benefited from using this to communicate with each other. In-app messaging and customer segmentation and targeting functions are some of the things I like about this product. Our team is looking into the possibility of utilizing the sales and marketing tools that are also integrated into this app.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Knowledge base SSL capabilities can be improved in order to eliminate the need for third party service.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We find that Intercom may be useful for us for three main reasons: first, its support capabilities; second, its personalized messaging system features; and third, its sales and marketing functions. Currently, we are focusing our efforts on exhausting the first in this list. Soon we can see our company expanding the use of the product to the other two. We are particularly excited to use Intercom’s personalized messaging system to minimize problems through information dissemination.

We encounter minor technical issues every once in a while. Most of the time we are able to resolve this immediately through the available online sources.

Nothing beats Intercom, really. The pricing is confusing and the customer support is difficult to get ahold of, however, it's an outstanding product

Intercom helps us to effectively communicate with our clients. The synchronization of mail and chat features helps prevent miscommunication.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Personalization in the user interface can be a nice touch up for Intercom. Varying themes and colors would be a delightful addition to an already well-designed app.
