What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy Of Use, specially for end users. A complete Help Desk solution for a multiproperty company. Excellent & very responsive support. Workflow design is great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Help with on boarding material for end users
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see more templates for regular requests

We were able to manage IT Request in a properly way, having more time to focus on major projects at the company

What are the best aspects of this product?
I think that one of the best aspects is the friendly look & feel that makes a simple app to use

Sometimes it becomes complex to generate automatic circuits where they involve different departments or hierarchical levels
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Should improve an small analisys to avoid similar cases in the same time

its very easy to use, the knowledgebase is superb as well as the interfac with ad

sometimes is difficult to creat authomatics circuits

Great product, our users love the ease of use!

What are the best aspects of this product?
The ease of use for our users. Tickets are automatically created by emails. Saves my techs a ton of time from creating the tickets.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It used to remove the workstations after marked unreachable. I was able to change that option with the help of the Invgate support team.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Perhaps more reports around the SLAs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The time it took to create tickets every morning from all the emails that came in. The Help Desk is so much more productive! Love that Invgate also offers a hardware database product as well.

Excellent tool for IT and for other departments (Not necessarily IT)
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
It is an excellent tool to manage the IT help desk, based on ITIL and a very friendly interface for the administrator and end users.
The tool also allows the implementation of other business processes (not necessarily IT), which makes it a very complete tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As of today we have not presented any problem. The tool is very stable and the support is effective.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see more plugins with external tools such as Trello or similar
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We need a quick implementation tool, with a short learning curve, based on ITIL, hosted in the cloud and a competent cost.
