What are the best aspects of this product?

This is an easy and secure way to deploy, manage, and upgrade hundred of devices. The success rate for deployment is pretty high for the first 24 hours. Enforcing certificate requirements on our VPN app is seamless. The interface/dashboard is pretty organized so the overall user experience is pretty good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit complicated for me to learn at first, and finding solutions wasn't that easy as well. Thanks to the support staff who are helpful and accommodating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's been really useful in managing iOS devices, app deployment, and patch management. It's a centralized system so it's really convenient for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jamf Pro is probably the best MDM software in the market today. It allowed me to seamlessly manage thousands of Macs by myself. Its integration with other apps and tools also blows my mind!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope site admins will be allowed to have more control over the various functions of the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Jamf pro helped us in our device inventory tracking, basically making it easier. We also use it for enterprise management and security compliance. We were able to resolve issues by ourselves.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jamf Pro is an invaluable MDM solution! It's exactly what we needed in distributing devices to various groups of users who are all working remotely. Its integration with Apple School Manager is really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could connect users directly to the tech support staff who can address our particular issues. Right now, we have to talk to several staff first before reaching the engineer who will handle our issue.

We're able to resolve multiple issues in multiple devices remotely using only one mac.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to Jamf Pro, we were able to find a simple way to manage our fleet of macs most conveniently. It has advanced computer search feature, smart groups... basically, the best MDM out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We used to follow a specific order in installing applications, but since Jamf Pro sort packages alphabetically, we have to adjust.

This app allows us to setup and manage devices remotely without having to actually touch the device.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Jamf Pro because it's really helpful to our school while doing remote learning. The self-service feature allows users to resolve issues, manage, and update softwares in each device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would allow native integration with Jamf Connect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can roll out new devices without actually holding the device! We can do it remotely.
