What are the best aspects of this product?
Just as long as you know how to fully maximize this tool, Jobber can help you and your company reach greater heights. It takes care of your billings, task management, your team’s schedule, etc.—leaving you more room to grow your business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is not the most user-friendly solution in the market. Using this tool is right up my alley as an admin so I have had the time to get to know the nuances of it. However, a typical employee might have more difficulty navigating Jobber.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have been able to offload most of my manual tasks to Jobber such as processing payment transactions and collating responses and data from our customers.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Jobber’s menu is intuitive and clean. It has helpful and easy-to-use features. It gives us a centralized location to manage orders and maintain communication with customers. Also, the customer support is very helpful and quick in finding solutions to our problems. Lastly, it allows us to track both customers and employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software is good, and it is a big help in our company, but there is one problem I need to address. There is an instance when it does not allow us to enter new data from previous dates associated with old clients. Don’t know it the software experienced technical issues or it simply doesn’t let us do the tasks. This only happened once, but we’re hoping not to experience it again.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Jobber, we had experienced dramatic growth in the company, and our ordering process becomes effortless. The tools that come with this software are exceptional, and the programming is easy to use.

What are the best aspects of this product?
My team and I have had no issues learning and using Jobber. In fact, it has helped us track our tasks better. Most of the functions are just right at your fingertips owing to its neat and simple design. In the few times that we have had issues with the tool, their support team was always ready to help. This is an overall excellent tool. Most importantly, it’s free!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We send out recurring emails that my team and I would prefer to be automated. For now, Jobber still does not have the capacity to support this. Also, there are times that the system would bag down because of the sheer number of users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve seen an uptick in productivity as well as in sales ever since we started using Jobber. This is all thanks to the numerous features that it offers. It is an excellent management tool overall.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Jobber is intuitive, easy to use, and adaptable to our organization’s specific needs. Its help desk and current modules are excellent as well. I like that it allows us to create notes and adjustments. I also like the data syncing, the ease of using a calendar, and the access to personalization functions. Such an excellent software to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like about this tool is its inability to issue billing in large batches. It could have been possible for us to obtain multiple invoices without the need to perform multiple operations when the feature is available.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its mobile capability allows us to control and track planned goals and project for team production. This ability saves us a lot of time and helps us cope with the whole team during the production process.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Using Jobber is pretty straightforward even to those non-IT employees. It allows us to create custom fields, and this makes it a perfect software for all our business needs. With this tool, we can create new customers, make invoices, and collect payments. It also helps create schedules for our employee and track their working hours and expenses.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting tool is so disappointing. Reports are available, but I need to work more to get what I need. It doesn’t allow me to run reports that have ‘only active clients.’ It allows me to pull up reports with ‘every client’ that we have worked with, and from there, I need to examine carefully so I can get the only active clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Jobber, all paper-related and time-consuming works are eliminated. We are able to track expenses and timesheets, which make our payroll process faster. We have also keep our clients’ accounts updated, and our remote staff can all acquire all updates automatically.
