PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Using it has been great. Impressed me from thet get-go. UI is easy to use. It's an all-around software that's technically sound.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has its limitations when it comes to making campaigns. It'd be nice to have tasks automated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Remains consistent when it comes to following up on candidates. It does so despite frequent candidate influx. It's able do this via resume harvesting. It's what makes it likeable.

Fantastic functionality. Database is powerful. The UI is simply gorgeous. Super simple to utilize for an app tracking system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

JobDiva has a tendency to shut down all of a sudden. It hasn't been happening much lately. Although it does occur. If they can somehow manage to include a quicker profile loading, then that would've been a big help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It ushered in a lot of company organization. It fostered unity in the numerous offices we have. It's full of functionality that we didn't have previously. Support has been a huge help.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

JobDiva is simple product that helps us to track, email and even update the list of the candidates. It has easy search tool so we can see the candidates who are already been contacted from our internal employees. The software is easy to navigate and easy to learn. It doesn’t require lot of training and all our users can use this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the beginning I didn’t know how to export both the call and candidate lists. Also, its internal candidate tracking feature has small icon in the left hand corner, they could make the icon larger so there wouldn’t be confusions on who “owns” the candidate and who contacted them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve organizational problem that our recruiters have when the candidate list becomes large and complicated to track into spreadsheet. It saves us lot of time and money by tracking candidates’ profiles. It is great that recruiters can’t bug the candidates while on JobDiva because it’s almost impossible not to track the last action within the software.

What are the best aspects of this product?

They're capable of aggregating resumes and data. This would help in showcasing when individuals have submitted their resume to varying sites. It lets you utilize that in reaching out to them for jobs that match with their given information. It makes things convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It appears they're moving through certain stages. They only house recent resumes online. It'd be nice if I get a clue as to how frequent individuals are posting or specific times they've made posts all throughout the calendar year. That way, I'd get to know how urgent they are of getting a new job.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Making it possible to match jobs to potential candidates. It's a simpler approach to do. This is way better than fitering a huge volume of resumes manually and getting SaaS to sorth them out. A time saver really.

What do you dislike?

The Execution speed and processing speed is very slow. if you are fetching huge data it takes more than 5 minutes sometimes.

Sluggish when traffic is high, so more problematic when your company size is large and everyone wants to work on the same dataset.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Best Tool for Medium to Star companies. I would recommend this ATS to anyone who wants to manage their database and organize the process in Easy to use manner. Some Applications like Integrating with your APIs and Adding Plugins are easy.
