PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The first thing I like about this product is the monthly fee. It is fairly affordable despite the unique features and functionality of the app. Second, the app allows the user to manage multiple bank and loan accounts. It also allows me to label expenditures and credits according to the budget/funding source to make organizing better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The layout and design of the user interface are not that appealing to me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Organizing funds were so much easier given that our budget comes from different funders/donors.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The app is user-friendly and intuitive. Love the aesthetic! Overall, it's surely worth the price!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Setting up takes time, but definitely justifiable because it has a lot of features and functions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Bookkeeping and managing the payroll are so much easier now compared to before.

I recently thought I had an issue with…
I recently thought I had an issue with Kashflow, but on contacting support, who I thought was struggling to help, I was horrified to realise it was actually my fault not the software. Like too many people I wrongly jumped to the conclusion that the problem was the softsware, whereas it was "user error" .......... I have been using Kashflow now for more than 8 years, and seen so many improvements that I have no issues in recommending it to everyone to use.

I set up my accounts on Kashflow a few months ago, and have not had any issues and find it quick and easy to use. I like that I can access it from anywhere. It works well on my Iphone in a browser so there is no need for a app, which I think is why they have not bothered to update it.

I raised a query regarding commission a year ago and am yet to receive same, despite being told on numerous occasions we would.Their accounts department do not respond. I fail to believe they have been too busy to not respond in a year!
