Make it hard to cancel
Tried to cancel - they send you to a form which promises a call back which doesnt come. Waited five days. Then spent 25 minutes waiting on hold for someone to talk to.Finally put through to someone who promised to get my "Customer success manager" to call me.... Go to top of message and read again.Done now. :)

Worse customer service and email flood about nothing
I registered and sent them two questions. Got dozens of emails about everything but never actually answered, what was the key to start working with them. They never reply to emails only send new ones with the same nonsensical information. Their mailing works, but if someone on their side read what U write every once in a while, it would be great. If you like someone flooding your inbox with e-mails and having a problem with answering in a different way than sending another identical e-mail about nothing, the keap will be perfect.

Good product horrible experience.
Keap is a good platform. Unfortunately their support is horrific.I was not able to log into the platform and nobody could help me due to their IT department not being reachable. I tried to cancel the account multiple times to just be re-routed to IT department for some reason and then disconnected. Then I had an account manager go after me for charges and then he ghosted me after I told him I have been trying to cancel for months. Then they sent the account to a collector. I will not recommend this company ever. For shame KEAP.

Software is okay. Support Is Terrible.
Software is okay. But the customer support is absolutely terrible. Also if you like to cancel your subscription you have to go through a lengthy process takings days to complete. Cancellation for me looked like this: There is no cancel button on the website. You have to contact the support via chat and wait on a line. After that, you need to request to cancel your subscription to them. They open a case and you wait for response up to 15 days. After you get the response, you will need to meet a guy from their team in a call to make it "official". The guy you are supposed to meet is with a fully booked calendar for the next few days guaranteed. And also the time slots are suitable only for the USA. I'm based in Europe and most of the time slots are after 20:00PM.. After the call you have to wait again.The length Keap goes to just keep a bit lower churn is absolutely ridiculous.. I don't even want to start with the invoicing problems they have...

I hate to give it even 1 star
I hate to give it even 1 star. The worst of any product I have ever used. Not kidding! Lost my entire list! Tags disappear. They cannot insure the simplest of functions actually works. I have literally never had a worse item of any kind. I run a software company. This has ended up wasting $10,000 of time and effort. Between the n on existent emails NOT going out, the time to set all of this up with the website etc. and never mind time on hold, and now they want to charge me to reinstate the data they mishandled. WTAF!?
