It has a simple UI that is easy to understand and find functions you need to use. In addition, their support team is very accomodating and friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although we love Keka HR, unfortunately, some features that we are looking for are missing.

Because of Keka HR, we now have a centralized HR management system where we can be updated on all the employees' information.

All our employee information is in one place. It allows us to see all the data we need.

Adding workpulses rating should be Keka HR's priority, so we can accurately evaluate the performance of each employee.

It has all the functions we need from scheduling leaves to its approval. It also gives us birthday updates. This feature allows us to celebrate the most important day of our employees.

Updates on the mobile version is a must. The helpdesk should be accessible there too.
