Kentico Xperience

It has given a good strength to my projects of digitalization of content in social networks and bring an automatic management of the processes of marketing by mail. The set of templates and features is sometimes poor in some areas and you have to build them. The upgrade for higher version is usually time consuming and sometimes needs support from Ketnico.

With Kentico Xperience we can plan out our strategic approach when it comes to products and services. The software applications that we develop for our customers are most of the time web based and we primarily use Kentico Xperience to develop and market the final products. The light code recognition engine does a great job in quickly scanning each line of code and give out correction suggestions almost real time.

Since I have been working on Kentico Xperience for a while, I can honestly say that there is nothing to dislike about the application

We have used Kentico for several years now. Before we started using Kentico, it took several days for something as simple as a blog post to publish. However, with Kentico's ability for customized publishing workflows and customizable roles/permissions we are now able to publish content in less than hour and without involving computer programers.

The Marketing Applications within Kentico are easy to setup and use. The marketing automation has been extremely valuable in taking once manual tasks and automating them. The contact management and analytics provides a level of insight beyond third party analytics like Google Anayltics.

Unless a computer programer is familar with the Kentico platform, they seem to code slower in the platform than a standard HTML page. However, once they get over the learning curve, the programing of new page templates can be fast.

Kentico has really allowed us to publish content quickly. After the initial setup of the page types / templates, we were able to create a custom workflow that includes QA quality checks on each piece of content we are publishing. Using the workflow along with roles and permissions, content editors can easily add their articles to the website without worrying about accidentally putting it in the wrong spot or messing up another section of the website. After the content editor is ready to publish his or her article, the custom workflow forces them to select a QA person. The QA person is automatically notified and giving a preview link to the article. After the QA does a check of the article, he or she just hits a button to publish the content. Content publishing is now fast and literally a click of a button.
