What are the best aspects of this product?

I only started using the platform a few weeks ago, and I tremendously helped our company in its business operations. I appreciate the support coming from the Klipfolio team for going out of their way to assist. Special shout-out to Michael Bennet for his unwavering support and assistance to other employees and me. I am more than happy to recommend Klipfolio to our clients and stakeholders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is impressive, and the reports can be viewed and shared instantly. So far, I don't see anything wrong with Klipfolio.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our entire team, including the managers and leadership team, can now visualize reports anytime they wish to. It allows users to create customized reporting templates, which makes it a fantastic platform.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is usual to encounter some glitches if you are a first time user. However, once everything is okay, you will be surprised to discover a lot of things. Aside from data collection, you can also rearrange them in a manner that is easy to visualize, interpret, and comprehend. You can easily share a lot of vital information via the cloud at an affordable cost. It makes running your business more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

System issues, glitches, and latencies are some of my pet peeves, especially when it happens in the middle of a presentation. You may have to wait a little bit longer for some issues to get resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Klipfolio allows me to present accurate data to staff and clients. The automated feature saves me a lot of precious time in terms of extracting vital reports and statics.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The company behind Klipfolio never failed to support me from the time I launched the platform. They gave me a step by step tutorial on how to use the dashboards and sync files from other sources. I am happy because Klipfolio makes meetings more productive. They have a reliable team that I can call anytime I encounter a problem. I am still within the learning curve of using the app, and there are a lot of things that I still need to discover. Overall I am delighted with Klipfolio.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just minor issues for now. It takes time for me to synchronize and upload Klip reports on the platform, and there are times that I encounter some challenges when creating formulas on Excel spreadsheets. These problems are pretty much difficult to solve, but I think that I should be more hands-on with the platform so I could become an expert.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automating my company KPIs into a centralized dashboard saves me a significant amount of time every day. I am confident that I know my numbers very well, which plays a vital role in my decisions.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product itself is unique and very useful. It comes with a lot of out of the box features that helps you upload reports directly into your dashboard. You can pull out data from sources like Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, and other third-party apps that you are currently using. You do not have to worry about making mistakes because behind the product is a team that can support you anytime you need their help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of features that I find challenging to use. However, you need to be more patient and keep practicing to familiarize yourself with the entire platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Klipfolio is like a one-stop-shop for all the data that you need. Metrics and KPI's are all within reach because all you need to do is look them up from the dashboard.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Klipfolio allows you to customize your reporting templates and integrate your data from hundreds of third-party sources, which is pretty fascinating. You can also add, delete, or edit data using SQL or API and upload it straight into your dashboard. The app itself is pretty basic, straightforward, and affordable. Spending roughly $30.00 a month is not bad at all in exchange for all the data that we are getting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I see a lot of blank white spaces around each Klip file, and it would be nice to minimize the spaces to make the presentation look better and more noticeable. I also think that doing this would save a lot of memory space.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Generating data from various sources is very tasking, so Klipfolio integrates everything into one dashboard. This process ensures that everyone in our team has an idea of what is going on with our company. The numbers are easy to find, which gives you an idea of what are the next steps to take to improve performance and generate revenue.
