What are the best aspects of this product?

I integrated Legalesing with CRM product. Users can sign an NDA before having full access to the system, now all the NDA signing and granting access to the system is automated. Since I am a developer I didn’t have problems with creating this kind of option. Their support team is responsive and helpful. Legalesign provides with best features, solutions, robustness and flexibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they need to add more features on e-sign.co.uk and API was not reliable at the time of development. Also, I would like to see some improvements when it comes to graphic design, UX and brand identity.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform helped in signing of legal docs and automation in the generation and we are able to programmatically act upon the given results.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the platform, it works really great. On the standard documents we can add specific info for every member. We constantly get updates for terms, contracts and conditions for all our staff memebers with only 3 documents. We can put all the signed documents into archive. Legalsign allows us to create custom documents for complex and individual tasks, we can even upload and send them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see an option where after signed document you can choose to archive it, we archive the documents manually for now. I had some issues with mobile app, the sign fails to finalize and we don’t receive the linked doc after signing the doc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Legalesign we managed to transfer our staff documentation into this platform. E-signing is the real thing, and we don’t need to waste time on checking who has signed. The platform is cheaper in the long term. We can even transfer the in-house training and updates in electronic docs and we use the e-sign feature to track those who have completed each unit.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Legalesign and integration via API directly into customers solution is very powerful option. The details within the front end and back end API is through. Their customer service is very responsive and I get quick responses for every question. We suggested few features that will help for our business progress and that wasn’t a problem at all. Legalesign meets its customers’ needs and they constantly work on their upgrading and improvements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Due to the time-zone I had to wait until the next morning to get an answer. But, this is not an issue at all, the product works perfectly and I am very satisfied.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a developer and consultant I managed to integrate my customer’s FileMaker Pro system with Legalesign. Now my clients use this platform and they use the e-sign capability directly into their application. This is very helpful, because they need to send out many contracts per month and thanks to Legalesign contracts are handled. All they need to do is to generate, send, review the status and receive the signed contract back.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Legalesign allows me to create HTML doc for our legal documents, and I am allowed to make some changes such as: putting in the customers’ details, details of the work we are doing for them. We don’t need to edit the doc on Pc and uploading as PDF file every time. I can even send draft version to my customers so they can read through before sing it. The support team is quick and I am always provided with answers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes time to retrieved archived documents, but I believe this is because of the way the data is stored.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Legalesign is very beneficial platform and great way to get our internal and external documents. When we use internally we are use it between Employment Contracts and Consulting Contracts, when there is a need for new hires. When we use for externally to get Confidentiality Agreements, Framework agreements signed. We don’t have to do this work manually anymore, all we need to do is to edit the template, put customer’s details and send them a copy to sign.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was searching for online signature solution for my buy-to-let properties and deals. Legalesign is easy-to-use online system and it’s what I needed. I am very impressed with the online app, it is fast, intuitive, easy-to-use and solid. I am able to send agreements with a deed supplement that need witnesses and I managed to get it signed by 5 separate people. This is great. Reasonable monthly fee.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UX is little difficult for me to learn. But I hope I will learn how to use the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Printing tenancy agreements and guarantor deeds, coordinating meeting tenants and witnesses is now in the past. With Legalesign I don’t need to meet up, all I have to do is sending the agreements and deeds online.
