What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how I get to keep my tasks and calendar items. The same goes with contacts and other follow-up details. All these in one convenient location! Super simple to do!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for recurring tasks one of these days. That's all I'm hoping for at this time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can keep my tasks as well as calendars organized. I do this by organizing them into topics. It's been a big help to view my activity report at a glance. Then handing them over to my board as per request.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how LA CRM is entirely cloud-based. It's zippy. I can use it on any device. What's more, it can be customized.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be nice to settle for a more powerful version for mobile use. Currently, the version that I have is swift. Unfortunately, it's too basic for its own good. Adding in several more functionality would be awesome.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I get to manage a few thousand contacts from a wide of projects. What's more, I can easily do all these! I'm managing a number of pipelines at the moment. I love flexible it can be.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The more I come back and utilize this app, the more I end up unearthing its functionality. I appreciate everything that it has to offer! I love its customization options. The UI is intuitive and easy to understand.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Currently, it's lacking an Android mobile app. There's no feature that lets you re-assign potentials and leads.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm now more efficient in managing contacts, sales pipelines, and sales prospects. A lot of credit goes to LACRM. The workspace menu offers a snapshot of my activities, sales opportunities, and open tasks. It keeps me proactive in the entire sales process.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like intuitive it is as a fully functional CRM. Their wide range of panels are very attractive. Importing data is easy. Exporting data can also be done when needed. I like how its wide-ranging default fields are extremely useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping there's a way in saving responses that have been canned. I wanted to have a way to gain access to them when directly dealing with customers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Organization has never been this simple! I really don't use much of the CRM's functions. But I find them all handy. With the Task feature, I can make my own approach in reminding myself to reach out and maintain contact with my existing and potential clients.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Their help desk is the best! I can either have someone on the phone or they can reach out to me within minutes. I'm the kind of person who wants to know everything at that moment. They're simply amazing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some small bugs I'v encountered. For instance, whenever I work off a list, I get back it and it takes me right back up top. It won't let me be in place where I left off. It's likely they've tapped into this issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're spread out across the country. Our join calendar have kept us notified. Tasks won't let anything slip into the cracks.
