The company should not exist at all
The company should not exist at all. They are completely unfamiliar with customer care - no possibility of contact, no answer, no ability to issue invoices, no pro-client attitude, plus a free trial will take your money from your account. Now they don't even write back to pay the money back. Scandal. I sincerely advise against any business with this company.

NO customer service makes it a LOUSY company
NO customer service, NONE! Product good. I did monthly package. Could not upload enhanced photos back to my computer's "photo book" program. I tried to get help for 4 months. Their customer service phone # rings busy for 4 months & their e-mail does not reply.It's a shame that company has no customer service ... if it did ... it would be a good company ... but it is LOUSY
