What are the best aspects of this product?

One of our biggest challenges during the past few years was a poor collaboration with the department heads that are in charge of final interviews. There are a lot of miscommunications and missed schedules that happened, which caused us to lose aspiring applicants in the process. That is why we decided to implement a major change in our process by utilizing Lever, and the results are way better than what we expected. If you are looking for ways to revamp your hiring process, then this platform is the way to go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Lever doesn’t integrate well with MS products, and it so happened that we utilize some of them, so now it means that w have to find other compatible apps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It does so many things that help us speed up the hiring process without compromising the quality of applicants. We can do manual tasks like scheduling, leave notations and make follow-ups in an orderly manner.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The team welcomed Lever with open arms because its so user friendly and efficient in completing tasks. Lever allows us to collaborate efficiently, which promotes transparency in the entire recruitment team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We just acquired Lever almost a month ago, and everything has been smooth sailing for everyone. The performance of the product may change as we continue to use it, but its part of our expectation. So far everything is all good, and that’s what matters.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our department is in charge of hiring applicants for different departments as fast as we could. Things can get very overwhelming for our staff, so we need to work with an efficient ATS to help us keep track of our recruitment process. Lever makes things easier for everyone from seamless email collaboration, easier booking of interviews and replying to hundreds of emails each day.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The hiring process has now a more solid system to rely on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the system is slow when I try to access the files and resumes of aspiring candidates. Also, applicants cannot apply for different job positions within the company because his/her profile becomes restricted which causes frustration

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The workflow in our department is more organized than before, plus we get to collaborate more frequently with each other.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What makes Lever stand out is the simplicity of its UI that cuts the learning curve into half. Lever works efficiently with other apps so you can easily get a hold of the applicant’s file without the need of any papers and printers. It's easy for interviewers to leave notes of their evaluation so feedback can be given to the applicants. It is also Lever’s job to keep track of our daily output and include it on the reports that are being presented to the management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the downsides of using Lever is the monthly rates which are higher than what the average ATS is priced nowadays. So if your business does not hire people monthly, then this product may not be the perfect fit for you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want our business to remain competitive in our field; that is why there is a need for us to invest in a tool like Lever who can help us make the most out of our hiring process. We want our staff to be able to maximize their working hours by being able to fulfil all their deliverables on or before the given deadlines.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been working with some of the employees behind Lever. And the implementation process has been smooth sailing as expected. We did have a lot of questions and concerns, but their support team was very much willing to provide all the answers that we needed. We used a different ATS before shifting to Lever, and there was a huge difference when it comes to user experience. The best thing that we like about Lever is its ability to hire applicants in a fast and efficient manner, also working hand in hand with Linkedin is a big plus for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A few enhancements in the physical appearance of the app would make it look more enticing and exciting to use. But for me, I don’t focus on the physical attributes of the ATS, but it’s more of the functionality that I’m after.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to use Lever to help us organize and streamline our hiring process. Choosing the best candidates usually takes time, but we can now do it in half the time.
