A big help when it comes to communication

What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a lot of things that I appreciate in this tool. It's been a great way to make meetings more convenient since we can just use this for video conferencing rather than having to travel for the monthly or quarterly meetings. I like that it emphasizes convenience by allowing me to join scheduled meetings either by my iPad or my iPhone. The chat function is also easy, and I and my team have started using it amongst ourselves. Suppliers and customers are the ones we often spend time video conferencing with. The updates the app has undergone has given it more features for me to love. It now works as a dual display solution on any personal computer, which has resulted in better collaboration all around. We can discuss ongoing projects and share project files, documentation, PDFs, Visio files, and Powerpoint files. I also like how it has enabled us to have lively demonstrations, with just the simple act of us aiming the camera at the screen. Because of the dual display, there is a good image captured for the presenter, and a representation of the document being worked on is also displayed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have encountered some issues with customers who use Skype for business being unable to connect with us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This solution has helped improve our communication, making it more direct and dynamic. It has helped us save since we no longer have to spend as much on interregional meetings. We have also eschewed traditional phones and have used this for chatting and video calling.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing about this tool for me is how intuitive the interface is. I think it's one fo the best I've encountered. The video quality is really good and the tool itself is so user-friendly. I don't think you even need to be trained to learn how to use it for calls. I have it in my main office, in my field office, and I also regularly use the apps for iOS and Windows.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Frankly, I can't think of anything to complain about. The software interface is easy to understand and user-friendly. The hardware provided is top-notch.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has allowed us to have a really collaborative environment without having to spend on traveling. Change management is one of the things we are involved in and this allows us to see the expressions of our audience.

What are the best aspects of this product?
There are so many things to commend about this tool For one thing, I really like how well the camera performs. We've even changed the light temperature in our demo center just to show how exceptional the quality of the camera is. I also like how this plug-and-play video conferencing system has succeded in combining room system performance with a design that saves and fully utilizes a space. The ease with which you can install and operate it is also something that I appreciate. On the technical side, I like how the wide-angle camera lens adjusts automatically to include everyone in the picture, which I believe is the work of the smart-framing sensor that comes with it. I think this works even better than larget models, and video communication made with this tool is so smooth and seamless. I also love that the camera also works well in a boardroom or conference room setting. The experience is really immersive, even in a meeting space that is large, and I'm happy to report that this has resulted in increased productivity and better engagement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have a problem with the tool itself, but I do think the support team does need some work. I don't like receiving emails from them asking me to discuss my video needs with them since they've found out that I've been using this video conferencing solution. I think if they really did their background check, they would know who we are before sending us an email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Both the software and the hardware has made it easy for us to set up, even in small rooms. Really makes it worth the price.

Simple but powerful

What are the best aspects of this product?
The thing that stood out to me is how intuitive the whole thing is for users. You don't feel like you're dealing with a steep learning curve when you're learning how to use this. I also appreciate how the hardware is of good quality. The second-generation HD Phone is very intuitive, and the camera resolution is great. You can even organize these in the manner you prefer. I like how organized the directory is when it comes to groups and personal contacts. Finally, I also like how simple the mobile application is because I can easily and comfortably make calls with it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do think that there are a number of things that can still be improved, such as CRC dialing. I don't think it is very user-friendly, and it's often resulted in us having to call support to help us out.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has made collaboration easier between the different departments of our company. In turn, this has helped us make quick decisions and saves money spent on going places for a meeting.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I've encountered a lot of similar programs to this one during our more than two decades of existing, and I have to say that this is the tool that has worked the best with our global clients. Our customers really like the service they get when we use this solution. On our end, we really appreciate how this tool constantly meets the innovation needs that we require.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We don't have complaints about this tool, but we have encountered clients who have ended up disliking the brand. I do have to say that this isn't so much the technology solutions fault but the fault of the implementing partner. Perhaps the implementing partner didn't consider whether the solution is compatible with other platforms, resulting in an experience that has left a bad impression with the clients. I think aside from picking a product that works well, care should be given in choosing the implementing partner and the customer suppor team as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've been able to solve a lot of problems because of this tool, and we hear about it all the time from our customers. Thanks to this tool, we've been able to reduce hotel and travel costs. We've been able to save time and strengthen our relationships with partners and customers. We've increased employee engagement and empowered them to work remotely. We've also been able to connect huddle spaces and smaller offices. We've also managed to calibrate our responses so we can meet needs that are more specific to individual customers. We've also taken this as an opportunity to work with people leading IT so that we can provide an experience that is more current, agile, and 4K, while at the same time improving our productivity and not adding to our travel costs.
