How is trust pilot connected to Google and why are they blocking a review post. Continue to have no foreign phone connection to US PHONE number. Re-requests email verifications for chat transcripts within less than 2 weeks

I have been using your live chat service through the Swedish auction site Tradera.Each time I have to explicitly request a chat transcript to be sent to my inbox when the chat ends. Only that is frustrating, of course I should receive a chat transcript without asking for it.And almost every time I receive a "Verify your email address" email instead of the actual chat transcript.Failing to click the link inside within a month or so results in no chat transcript being sent. Please notice that if you find the email several months later and then click the link will look like it works but no chat transcript will be delivered.If I check my inbox I find four "Verify your email address" letters from support at livechat.com during a period of less than half a year. They are dated 2021-06-11, 2021-08-06, 2021-08-18(!) and 2021-11-05.The most damning is the short period in August. LiveChat then required me to re-verify my email within less than 2 weeks.This is both irritating and dangerous, the contents of chat transcript often contain important details that must be delivered. Of course I understand you want to verify my email even if the company you are providing your services to should be assumed to have the correct email address. And I accept to verify it, but only ONCE (1).

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how all of the tools that I need for communication are all within reach. I find the dashboard intuitive and easy to navigate, and particularly handy during live chats with our customers. Of course, time-pressure comes with the territory of my job description, but LiveChat facilitates easy navigation of its dashboard to help us deliver better support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This issue has more to do with the nature of my job rather than LiveChat itself. I worry that chat support, in general, would soon become obsolete because of the plethora of information that is readily available online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LiveChat has allowed us to be more accessible to our clients. As ironic as it sounds, this helps us connect to our clients more personally. This is because we like to make a conversation with our clients, rather than robotically respond to their questions with canned answers. Through this, we can establish a better rapport with our clients, plus have a blow-by-blow record of our conversation for reporting and lead-gen purposes.

Now that we have this app, we were able to address all concerns right away-no more long wait time. Using LiveChat will make them feel that they are valued. Using this app made us more productive and efficient in handling our business.

I find the tool a bit pricey. However, when I looked beyond the cost, I realized that the tool itself is handy to our business. It can increase our collaboration with our clients, resulting in better service, which is one of our goals as a company.

LiveChat is one of the smartest business apps that I have ever encountered. It is user friendly and offers a whole lot of features that can help you innovate your business. You can also customize its user interface, depending on your preference. You can maximize this app by providing round the clock chat support service to your online clients. LiveChat is an app that I would like to recommend to start-up and mid-scale entrepreneurs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am very comfortable using Linux OS for the past decade; however, it cannot support LiveChat. Hopefully, they could come up with a Linux based version in the future. On the positive side, it is easy to fix minor glitches by simply following their guidelines with the help of their API.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to give real-time assistance to our clients in making a huge impact when you are into customer service. The app itself is straightforward and flexible, perfect for first-time users. You can also rely on its API that will provide you the support that you need.
