What do you like best?
Its a very easily understandable chat tool with everything well organized in separate charts where you can dind how manu chats you are dealing with, settings info on the contact etc...
What do you dislike?
*nothing at all but apparently I dont lnow why I sometimes cant see where the other person is tipyng it is probably a problem of my pc

Go ahead when it comes down to help desk services because its pretty intuitive
