PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate how much of my time has been saved thanks to the fact that this tool allows for direct integrations, so I no longer have to manually update content. I also like that the task system in place allows for translators to not just be connected but to also have a clear idea of their roles, whether it is to adapt to changes in source, re-translation, translations, or review. The TMS features are all easy to use and modern, and all content and file types can be easily found thanks to the single central hub.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface can be made more user-friendly since it may take a few weeks before you get the hang of it. Source string change management could also be improved. That said, I am also aware that there are updates constantly being released to address this and that the people behind this tool have always been open to suggestions and requests.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been a great help when it comes to keeping down costs since the prices are much lower compared to other bigger names, which makes this perfect for localization projects that are continuous. Users can also have their own translators be connected to this.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the best thing about this tool is the number of projects you can take part in with a lot of collaborators. Dozens of people can work on different projects, and this tool makes it easy to manage all of those people. Having this tool integrated with our CI deployment processes has also made things easier since strings are generated for each product as needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the user interface could be more aesthetically pleasing, but otherwise, I don't really have anything to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has made localizing apps from Android and iOS really pleasant. It's also helped us out when it comes to localizing static web pages, notifications, and emails.

The support team is a great help

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this tool for me is how helpful and kind the customer support team is. They are always quick when it comes to providing solutions to the problems that we encounter, and I really like talking to them. There are also a number of features that I appreciate, such as an aesthetically-pleasing document, multiple integrations with source control, a nice Command Line Interface, as well as the ability to include photo screenshots.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area where they can improve is by providing a feature that lets me delete several keys or even delete all keys. At present, if I want to get rid of a number of keys I have to do it one by one. It takes up a lot of time and I hope they can add this feature in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our translation process has been improved by our use of this tool. Compared to Google Sheets, which was what we had been using, this tool is effective and can hold everything that we need to translate, making our overall process much more effective and efficient.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Since our team has integrated this to our existing web app, we've really been impressed with how easily this tool connects to the repository, acquires the most recent keys added by developers, and even pushes changes back to the repository with ease. This has made it easier to review translation workflows and is really something developers love using. I also appreciate the tools and integrations included for the different team members. Another thing I appreciate is how there are a number of views for editing, as well as how it provides us with translation suggestions from other software. There is also support for placeholders. I also want to commend on the friendly and intuitive design, which makes it easy to understand even if users don't read the documentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, there isn't anything about this tool that I would consider an issue or something that I dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've managed to relieve the bottleneck that comes with passing our translated strings to the development team. Developers can concentrate on their roles since formulations and strings can now be handled by translators and managers. This is a big help especially since we are translating into English, German, and Romanian.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I love the most about this platform is the multiple integrations that they offer, which are really invaluable if you're a startup or an organization that like to be constantly improving. Aside from integrations with Github, S3, and webhooks, they also have a number of other advanced features that I like. Furthermore, the customer support team is quick with their responses and the guidelines they provide are clear and easy to follow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, this has been outstanding and I can't think of anything for me to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has allowed us to have a separating between the roles of content translation and metadata translation. This has also enabled us to scale up, thanks to its support of different names spaces and platforms.
