"Great tool for remote usability testing!"
What do you like best?
When lookback works, it's absolutely perfect!
Most users go through the installation process just fine because of the clear instructions.
Audio and video are usually pretty clear (but this depends on the user's bandwidth).
I LOVE the notes with timestamping and the ability to have observers go back and rewatch sessions!
What do you dislike?
When a user is even *slightly* tech illiterate, or there are bandwidth issues, lookback suffers from the same problems as every other similar service.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use lookback mainly for remote usability testing for new software.

The moderated sessions, it has a nice panel for interviews.
What do you dislike?
Technical issues arise. Also there is no good categorization for highlighting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very nice tool just for doing your user interviews. Also it can support unmoderated sessions. Be careful though, not good analysis afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend it if you are conducting interviews as it is one really value for money tool, compared to other options in the market.

The experience with the mobile version has not been so positive

When research users you can record and watch it later to analise it in details. It's a good way to work in case you don't have anyone to make notes during the interview.
