We have been using Mailchimp for some 5…
We have been using Mailchimp for some 5 years now. We chose them because they had the best free offering. We find it easy to create and schedule e-mails and have never had a campaign that has failed to reach the contacts. The particular features we like are the template library where you can store self designed templates... we have some 70+ simple templates and the Report section where we can see how many and which contacts have read the e-mails and also clicked on the links to other resources within the e-mails. If we had a large number of contacts we wished to send e-mails to we would most probably go with Mailchimp (although cost is always a consideration) as it is we have under 100 contacts and have under 10 campaigns per week. Keep up the good work Mailchimp.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
It is so user-friendly that even someone without experience can easily design an appealing email and campaign. It also allows the user to schedule and automate sending mass emails.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the mails that I send were considered spam due to some texts or phrases on the subject line. I think it would be better if the app would allow users to use different headlines or subject lines for the same content.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us be more efficient when it comes to our marketing work. It also improved our relationship with our customers.

I love how functional both the free and corporate accounts are!

I wish we could also utilize MailChimp for CRM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's really helpful for sending mass emails since regular emailing services would only allow a maximum of 100 recipients.

Great tool for Email marketing
I think it's one of the best Email marketing tool I ever used, even they've a great free plan option and if you like then you can buy paid version. I always reccommed this tool to all of my martketing clients.Â
