What do you like best?
NOTHING, very unprofessional company, if you are a web agency stay away
What do you dislike?
Mailrelay are scammers! Stay away, I payed for a monthly subscription, they just deactivated my account after 2 days. They probably did this because I asked to cancel the suscribtion and wanted some free money, but I will only switch service at the end of the month. Very unprofessional behavior. When I try to log in I see no account found. I didn´t receive any emails either. I called them they said I will receive a email after few hours after looking into the case. This was 36 hours ago. Wrote several emails no reply. We are web agency and have only opt in leads so they couldn´t block us because of spam and even if they would I think they would answer to my emails or calls and share proofs

What do you like best?
This tool is Best for Email deliverability, easy to set up and manage compared to other email tools. Simple and easy to understand Analytics reports, we can integrate easily to servers.
What do you dislike?
Email contacts cleaning is a little bit difficult. Customer support is too slow. When we use More than 10,000 email lists, this tool is not suitable; in this case, the deliverability of emails differs from the little contacts list.

We Used it for sending communication, Promotional, and follow-up emails to customers every day. This tool gives customized templates and drag-and-drop designs.

"It's free so I can't complain much, but..."
What do you like best?
It's free, and they have this plan where you have to follow them on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube with your social accounts to increase the sending and contact limits which is really good.
What do you dislike?
They are heavily ruled by European laws, so you ALWAYS have to use the double-opt-in. This means that the user has to click on the confirmation email to be subscribed to your list.
Also the automation system is not super user friendly and doesn't have many features.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use MailRelay for the clients that can't afford a Mailing platform and for simple autoresponder sequences. It doesn't have the "if the user visited this page then send this email" type of automation.
