The access is highly secure
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
ManageEngine’s price is very affordable. Also, the product will do everything you need and you’ll be amazed that the other competitors cannot do what this product can do.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s hard to figure out how to do it securely. Also, they need to work on some limitations. The fact that I don’t like is that someone can mess the system completely with setting up an open/share and storing the pass in clear text, what I want to say is that someone who doesn’t know how to use this product could share the passwords with everyone. They could improve the ticketing system so we can better track the issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software changes the passwords frequently and at the same time controls the access to the hosts. 3rd party access. This is very easy to set up and start running, makes the environment easy to manage and secure. I have used other security products and I can tell that they have made the whole process complicated while PMP makes the access easy and secure.

It's been great using HelloSign!
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how you get to utilize this free of charge even if you only have a few clients. You're given the option to make an upgrade when you're in need of 3 or more contracts monthly (at unlimited contracts). HelloSign does a great job in easily uploading my contract in the form of a PDF. It adds a signature and text boxes to be filled in by my client.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wanted to come up with something useful. Sadly, nothing. This makes me a very happy HelloSign user.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to enhance our security. To do so, we wanted to store our in-house passwords as well as those of our customers in a highly encrypted vault. This would often entail strict processes and poor user experience. But this product reversed it: our user experience actually improved.

It's not as intuitive. But does its job well.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Fantastic for its pricing. It does what a majority of its competitors do. I was able to configured it in discovering AD PCs as well as users. In the middle of its discvoery, it seeks out tasks scheduled and local services in all servers, and running under-serviced account privileges (domain or local).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I may appear to be biased since I came from Secret Server, but this product actually makes use of definitions and steps that are both confusing and non-intuitive. I feel there's a flaw in their permissions/ownership/sharing. As a result, configuration tends to be a burden. Resources are imperative, but if that group happens to be in someone else's ownership, then expect the password reset to be flimsy and fail.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The primary issue that was resolved is password management and user access privileges. Accounts on the local server and domain privileged accounts rarely made a rotation since no one has a clue where the accounts may have been utilized. PMP is able to unearth such links automatically. It does a great job in handling them really well.

The tool is extremely useful
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The price is affordable and does almost everything. I set up the software so I can find AD computers and users, it finds some local services and scheduled tasks, runs under service account local and/or domain. Local accounts for all domain computers are on different schedules. Their support team does everything to help you solve the issue you have. The tool is like a jump box, I am able to influence users who want to RDP to a server and they can do that via PMP, the thing is that they have to use the PMP and the PMP will launch the RDP session for them, and the session is well recorded.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some steps and terminology are not so intuitive and can be quite confusing. In my opinion, their permission strategy is flawed and this makes the configuration awkward. Resources must have owners if not then the pass reset can fail, so I make every resource “owned” by same account in order to solve the issue. I think that if other admins start to add resources then it would become messy. I think that the idea about “owner” is bad, because for e.g. if the “owner” leaves the company and someone has to go into the PMP in order to find the resources and re-assign. It would be great if they could make the tool without the “owner”.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to solve the problem with pass management. We couldn’t know where the domain-privileged account might be used. The PMP discovers those links and handles them. I use this tool to negate other admins from storing pass in non-approved methods. PMP rotates the pass regularly on a daily basis and the non-approved methods are out of date and the admins that have used those methods are forced to use PMP so they can get the latest pass.

A self-service system that anyone can rely on.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Very simple to utilize. I've been making use of this for a number of years now. Its purpose is to house all our service account passwords. People are fond of going in and helping themselves to using shared passwords.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As a result of some of its online functionality, we realized the product doesn't usually have compatibility with some browsers. At times, it would oddly revert to using Internet Explorer!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Service account passwords are stored safely. They can also be shared. Great for use across an organization. PmP has been tremendous for us in moving from a paper-based system stashed away in a cabinet to an online system that's tightly secured. People can easily get passwords whenever they need them.
