What are the best aspects of this product?

The number of features alone makes this tool worth it. It addresses various needs for my company--from holding virtual meetings all the way to collating files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the best thing about a tool can be the cause of its undoing too. This is exactly what happened with MangoApps. What I mean is that because there are too many features being offered, it becomes easy for a new user to get overwhelmed with choices. I think that there are some tools, in particular, that can be merged into just one item.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to exchange ideas within our work groups. It's also a platform where we can upload files for QA or simply for sharing.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this app is that it assists me in handling and turning over information to various silos in our company. This would have been an otherwise daunting task, but MangoApps has significantly reduced the stress that I get whenever I need to deliver information to a varied group of people in the workplace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not the most popular tools--and thus, not the easiest tool to learn. I had to really study this app just to get to know each command and feature. Likewise, other members of the team have had a hard time getting to know this tool too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've now bid goodbye to the constant back-and-forth in emails. Now, we can easily disseminate information to the people in our company without having to course the message through their inboxes. It's much easier to track announcements this way too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I just love how I can use it both on my phone or on my PC at work--it's very accessible! It's been really great in helping us structure our file folders and data better too. Now, we're better organized and have a much more efficient process of making company-wide announcements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it's great that MangoApps has made a game out of encouraging people to be more productive through this app. This game comes in a point-basis where employees can earn more if they do more. The more active they are on MangoApps, the higher their chances in winning will be. Sounds great, right? Well not really. See, the points system can be quite confusing. We're not actually sure as to which tasks get the most points, so we're left just aimlessly clicking around in hopes of getting rewards. As I said, this is a great way to keep employees engaged, but it would be nice if there was a set mechanics so we're better informed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

If there's one thing that MangoApps has helped us with, it is in bringing together employees (even from different departments who have never been introduced to each other) and allowing them to work together. This has encouraged a sense of camaraderie within the company. Now, there is no such thing as animosity between departments anymore. We're all just collectively working together towards a common goal: to earn more for the company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I love how MangoApps supports me in most of my tasks at work--from editing my videos and all the way to organizing my files. It's really such a delightful tool to work with. I think it's great that their team still strives to improve it regularly too. They're always quick to fish me out of any situation, plus they're always open to feedback on how they can improve their processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any complaints. However, I am constantly on the lookout for any updates because I'm excited to know how they can improve the app further.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work best when I can see tangible proof of my progress, and MangoApps has really helped me with this. I can track my tasks better now and see how far I've gone regarding particular projects. Sending files to partners and clients is no longer a difficult task too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how MangoApps makes it easy for us to work as a cohesive unit in the team. When you work in a team as big as ours, collaboration and communication does not always come easy. However, with MangoApps, we can easily exchange ideas and give updates on tasks that we are working on. File-sharing is no longer bothersome too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program does not always run as smoothly as I would like it to be. It takes some time for items to load. Other than these issues, I don't really have much problem with MangoApps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Although I think that there are some features that we could do well without, MangoApps remains to be a great solution overall. Despite the issues that we have come across, I love how their team continues to develop the tool so that we can get more benefits from it.
