What do you like best?

MBO allows you to create different geographic mapping systems based on existing data from specific geographical areas, this allows us to correctly analyze the location strategies of each of our points of sale, with which we can observe and analyze carefully the flow of information. people, from different places, can a detailed additional information, which allows us to determine the best locations of each place we want to set aside for us.

Something I love about this application, is that with the passage of time, you corroborate the different data that this system gives you, with other external databases, and a very high percentage of this information is very accurate or always close to the figures of other services, or specialized databases.

What do you dislike?

I must be honest, I have tried the two versions of MBO and the desktop version is not to my liking, I have become very familiar with the version in the browser, I feel that the platform in a desktop application only remains, and apart it does not have nothing different to the browser, that one would expect something special, but no, just download the app, to your PC, and it's the same as in the cloud, it does not make much sense.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a very advanced tool to create all kinds of geographical dispositions, creating maps with all kinds of necessary data, to perform all kinds of analysis and apply the best business strategies, and progress and growth of a company, obtaining through different layers of data, the most complete information, of the local positioning strategies.

It helps us to have a more detailed analysis of the visualization of all types of commercial data attached to different points from a database that we have created, especially for this system, in which we can always obtain the best data in real time from each one. from them.

This application allows us to perform different market studies from our office, with different statistical data, locations, flow of people, potential customers, and other features of business analysis, which make us reach the indicated places always.

The search of all types of data using this tool is quite fast and simple, so you can have almost any type of information needed in moments.

What do you like best?

Our company utilized map my business to gain a better understanding and overall look at how our business is flourishing in specific areas as compared to areas that may need more focus. It was truly an asset to be able to glance at a map and see this info all at once.

What do you dislike?

Tutorials were a little difficult to follow or to find exactly what I was looking for.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Business issues we were aiming to focus on with Map My Business was to look at the zip codes which our company services and how areas we flourish in those zip codes. Next, we compare how much we spend in marketing in those areas. This has given us a better idea of what is working and what is not working.

What do you like best?

Ease of use. Quick. Functionality. Ability to customize.

What do you dislike?

Shared territories need to be redone. Coloring the territory one color makes it very challenging to see which dealer has which counties. Would like to see it expand to beyond just the US and Canada.

"Really helped me visualize my territory"

What do you like best?

Just started at a large company and territories were being hashed out. Found this software online and used it to help our team carve out territories that make sense. I think it is going to help us to create territories that are efficient, which helps us salespeople make more money!!

What do you dislike?

It seems a little laggy and can be slow at times, not particularly intuitive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The immediate problem is having a large geography that needs to be split up by zip code. With this software we are able to really see the zips and build things that make sense.
