Absolute Scam
Knowing a bit about real estate from my father and having sales experience, I applied for a job with this company. While sitting in the open office waiting for the CEO to get off a phone call, I noticed a woman typing away at a review for Market Maker (you'll notice their good reviews are all bulked together within a couple of weeks of each other, which is a red flag). I immediately knew what I was getting into, but didn't want to tip my hat. The CEO and the two hype-men made it very clear one could make money selling this product, but couldn't answer basic questions about the various services, which ranged from $1000-1500 monthly. The targeted marketing they were offering might have been worth that as a one-time payment, but MONTHLY!? Absolutely not. I finished the interview and got a call back the next day offering the job. I told them I decided to stick where I was.Do not get wrapped up in this. They'll promise you everything, but deliver nothing. Always check reviews and look for similarities with positive reviews that might indicate they're paid or written by employees. The MM positive reviews are so lazy, being written within weeks of each other (hey, gang it's write review month, so you get calls and get paid!) and pretty well being in the same format that it's obvious. It's not always that transparent.Ask questions, ask for references from different markets, and do due dilligence to make sure those references are real. This takes a little time, but is reasonably easy these days. This is absolutely a scam, but it isn't the only one in this market...

Zillow is much better and not fake!
When I say to you that Market Maker is a total scam PLEASE believe me. My sales rep. Keith, S. was on me about signing up only to overpromise and under deliever after about one week of bogus and B.S. leads I cancelled and after reading all the negitive reviews I was convinced that I have been scammed out of my $1,497.00, so that's why I am writing this review to help others save yourself from Market Maker! Scammers come in all types of disguises, so do your due dligence before signing up with online vendors by reading their reviews first before exchanging your information and payment methods! If, something or someone sounds to good to be true chances are it's a "fake or scammer".Before careful everyone and leave Market Maker alone...

This Company is nothing but a 100%…
This Company is nothing but a 100% SCAM... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! BEWARE Owner is afraid to get on the phone to discuss and they are broke and only make money stealing your money!! They never did anything for me I never even saw advertising and they charged my credit card as soon as the lying sales rep hung up!! then would not give a refund. Please save your money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am filing a class action lawsuit for all of you who have been ripped off... email me if you want to sue these fraudsters. Biggest Joke in Real Estate Leads I am reporting them to NAR and the DRE also!

If I could rate this company a zero I…
If I could rate this company a zero I would. I was told that they used click funnels to scrub leads. I was looking for that kind of service. They do not. For 1400 a month they run ads on google asking people if they want a free value of their home. So you get people that don't want to sell. I asked them to change the ad to say If you want to sell contact me for a valuation of your home. They wouldn't. When I called to see how to add it to Facebook I was told that was only for buyers. I was told in the first consultation that the ads would be on Facebook. I should have known this was a scam when I first clicked the landing page when I signed us. I clicked the page and didn't fill out anything. I got a text back with my husband's info on it. The only problem was he passed away in 2014 and was never on title. I started calling the leads myself. Out of all of them that I called, They didn't want the service, they were renters, they never signed up for the service and 1 was in the hospital with a stroke. I then asked them to remove the ad and not charge me anymore. They do not have permission to charge my card but are insisting they will on March 8 because they need a thirty notice. I do not want these ads out ruining my reputation, but they are still insisting I need to go into April with them. I have put a stop payment on my card. Run the other way from this company, they are not worth the money.
