The ease-of-use and speed for first time users is unmatched to any software product I've ever demonstrated or used. Fast customer support and customization is a strong asset, also. The software speed - either on the desktop or mobile version - is fantastic...excellent experienced, qualified technology partner.

Cannot think of any problems - been using versions of this since the early-mid 90s and it's rock solid.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see enhanced and complete "Leads" and "Orders" components.

Our sales force finds the recall on documents, interface, and speed of particular advantages, especially Maximizer Mobile when they're on the road. Overall contacts, mapping, and territory management were aided with the implementation of the Mazimizer software package.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Maximizer organizes everything and keeps me on top of things. It all begins with an individual or company and this tool does a tremendous job linking tasks, notes, appointments, e-mails, and notes together. I make use of Maximizer for just about everything since I only wanted to settle for place where I can easily make my searches.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I love just about everyhing that Maximizer is offering. If there's one aspect they need to work on, it's synchronization with Outlook.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its ability to track requests and follow-ups via the Task Management System; finding request groups via its search feature; and its Opportunities moduel. These are all beneficial for converting prospect customers to more customers and keeping on top of things.
