A continuously improving product that makes reporting easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product does a tremendous job in making reporting easy while looking at the same time. I manage dozens of reports and doing them has been a breeze. It's easy to look into by means of visual aids. Their team has been a big help. Simply e-mail them and they'll respond to you within minutes. They're willing to listen to suggestion and been delightful the whole way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It'd be a positive if pricing is within reach when including a batch of new client. It tends to get expensive once you have more than 75 connected clients.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Megalytic provides useful chart building tools and a plethora of time-saving features that remove the repetitive aspects of reporting. It appears to be a simple idea, but Megalytic was the only means that has quality reporting functionality. It can also act as a white label platform for any agency. You can easily set your own daily/weekly/monthly reporting. Simply include your feeds, create templates, and schedule delivery --- and eveything can be accomplished one time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love everything that Megalytic has to offer. If there's one thing that I didn't like from them --- that would be nothing. The platform is way too good to be hated on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The platform was initially used for creating analytics reports. But we later ended up utilizing it as a primary reporting platform for tracking varying campaigns as well as Facebook and SEO campaigns. Their support has been excellent and worth the mention. Their team did whatever they can to assist you in any situation.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are way too many things that people overlook in Megalytics. Never let their all-too-simple UI fool you. With just a bit of customization, you can build different kinds of reports. Making use of widgets for creating reports is awesome since it's not just an easy approach in making a template, but it inspires you to create a number of things. Filter functions are powerful and can easily be customized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to hate with Megalytic. Any huge issues we faced were covered in their latest set of updates. There will always be extra features that would be useful in any tool and I've given their support team a list of them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We operate as an internet-based marketing firm. We build plenty of reports aimed at different departments. Megalytics assisted me in moving all of them in a single manageable system. Anything that won't be integrated directly, I just upload through csv. This will only make things insightful and a lot easier with future updates.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Just recently, we used Megalytic to revamp our Google Grant Report. It's a great tool for creating automated, relevant, and visually pleasing reports. They operate on a widget-based format allowing for creation of widgets that are only relevant to your company. Working with a non-profit sector, we wanted a soltuion that makes it simpler to interact complex platform with our clients. When we showed them our new report dashboards, our clients immediately fell in love with them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, we have yet to run into any major problems. Once you dive in and want to make configurations of widgets, everything else is butter. One thing that I need to keep in mind is that since it's a Google Analytics tool, you need to ensure you've setup a data measurement plan. It has to be something where you're not only relying on Adwords to retrieving data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're constantly offering Google Ad Grant management for numerous non-profits. We wanted to build a dashboard showcasing a couple data points: 1) The non-profit value acquired from their $10k or $40k monthly grant, and 2) the non-profit value acquired for making payment to Media Cause in their Adwords Grant management. By means of visualizations, we can compare their adwords traffic influence and how such traffic can help achieve their goals.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Whenever I want to send out a report to a client, a majority of the work is finished. All I need is to check the details, make some additional annotations, and have it sent to them. It saved me countless hours each month. At the same time, my clients receive professional and essential reports. Support from Mark has been great on rare circumstances I want it. There's nothng else I could've asked for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, there's nothing really that I don't like. It would be a good idea to have some design options to assist in branding reports. Maybe they can add some full-width background pictures to the footer. These are just some small things to consider. Overall, I'm really thrilled with the reports made and the amount of time the tool saved me monthly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I started using Megalytics for sending monthly reports to analytic clients to show the performance of their website. I make use of it to indicate which areas worked and which ones that require more attention. I'm now using it with SEO clients to show how much their organic traffic has increased. I'm also showing which pages and search terms have the most clicks and impressions. I'm constantly receiving feedback from clients on the insight and usefulness of the reports.
