What do you like best?
Creating automation in the system is helpful for small businesses to run efficiently. Creating invoices seamlessly and work orders from the Estimate helps our business.
What do you dislike?
The sync with Quickbooks needs to happen at a specific computer for our organization. If the system could sync to Quickbooks somehow web-based or offline, that would be helpful.

Make sure you are entering clean data and ensure you take the time to customize the system to your needs.

It is a web-based system, so it can be accessed anywhere and shows real-time data. We can even use the mobile app to keep the business running and increase our ability to respond to customer needs.

What do you like best?
Hands down the best system I have ever used for customer tracking and lead progression. It tells you everything you need to know with a simple click and my whole team can use it!
What do you dislike?
So far I am liking every aspect and intergration. The only wish would be for it to auto connect to phone calls somehow so that you can see notes when someone calls in... but we all have dreams. Maybe one day they will intigrate something like this.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are certiainly optimizing our lead organization, we are all able to see the history of each customer contact, and there is better review and followthrough aspects.

What do you like best?
I'm constantly impressed by how much can be customized to fit my needs and help me work smarter, not harder. Also, the integrations with payment solutions, Quickbooks and Outlook or GMAIL is great for lead and sales tracking.
What do you dislike?
Like many online solutions, it can sometimes seem sluggish, have service outages and make me miss my locally installed applications. But that's a problem with working in the cloud generally.

It takes time and forethought to maximize its potential, but I can see the value in my bottom line. I'm handling twice the volume of sales with almost the same number of staff because it's giving my customers a self-service option. Integration with QuickBooks and Outlook was my original problem-to-be-solved but it's helped in so many other ways.
