Our business is 24 by 7. This company closes at 5 pm week days and closed on the weekend... ITS A HELP DESK COMPANY FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! No after-hours support (.) The login site down and we have no tracking of or tasks (.)

What are the best aspects of this product?
None. Worst user experience. System behaves differently in every different scenarios . Slow as hell . Import / Export functionality is just bad so goody bye to your old data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
System behaves differently in every different scenarios Please keep conssistance on how records are created. If Contact details are filled in when creating a new customer it auto creates a new records in Contact Tab . But it leaving the contact details blank , save the customer and then edit it. It does not create a new records in Contact tab of the customer.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Not coming back here

What are the best aspects of this product?
It’s been extremely advantageous for us to have one platform to store our entire database. It’s taking some time to move our data but we’re happy with our pace. MHelpDesk is great with its customers and I would highly recommend their product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We encountered some technical issues while using mHelpDesk. We no longer use the check-in highlight feature because it’s not working as well as we expected. Some of our representatives reported that they had problems connecting with the app. This results in errors in our timetables.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We like the existing features of mHelpDesk but there is still plenty of room for improvement in order for it to be able to cater to all our business needs.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This app proves to be worthwhile especially when demands are high. It makes our workflow smooth-running. All users are able to enter jobs simultaneously. Calendars are also visible to everyone involved in the process. This helps in preventing miscommunication among us users.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Maps can be improved in order to enable calculations of route distances and the integration of Excel spreadsheets.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
MHelpDesk made streamlining our process possible, thereby saving us a lot of time. We schedule employees, manage jobs, and plan routes — all with ease — using this app.

Going digital has improved our customer service. Workflow management with mHelpDesk is top-notch. They also have a support team that is quick to respond when we need their assistance.

It takes a while for some of our employees to learn how to navigate this app.
