PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Stable cloud system, you can rely on azure for stability while working on cloud,
Its well secured, Microsoft provides strong security for the customer’s data, its a user-friendly and well-integrated with the rest Microsoft apps as well as other apps.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Azure requires some knowledge to manage it properly, migration from other cloud systems could be a hard transition, also additional services can be a little bit costy
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Lowering the cost of additional services would be better.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve been using Azure for more than 5 years now, we use it to host some of our apps, I don’t remember that we had any technical issue with Azure during all that time, I think it’s a stable, well secured and easy to use the system.

"Best platform for hosting, developing and managing applications."
What do you like best?
Azure is the dream platform for backup and disaster recovery. It is flexible due to its versatility, sophisticated site regeneration, and other built-in functionality. Azure is innately flexible as a cloud-based solution; you can back up the data in virtually any language, on any OS, and from any place. An amazing feature is that Azure also lets you use multi-factor authentication, bringing to your data and apps a new encryption layer with zero headache for the customers. Single sign-on can also be conveniently introduced for cloud applications for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. The other beneficiary thing about Azure is that with just a few pages of well-defined options, all the applications are easily configurable. The implementation speed is amazing.
What do you dislike?
As a cloud-based solution, consumers and computers would not have access to incorporate if you drop your connection to the internet. The pricing model is complicated, which makes it impossible for various solutions to be analyzed and measured. There is a room for change in the pricing model.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Azure AD is a perfect for manageability, cost-effectiveness and feature-rich management, if your company intends to adopt a Microsoft hybrid cloud environment with an SSO system for cloud and on-premises applications. It is a sophisticated cloud solution for identity and access management that offers a broad range of account and group management features and helps secure access to applications such as Microsoft Web Services such as Office 365 and non-Microsoft SaaS applications.

"Easy migration for your critical services servers"
What do you like best?
1. Hot Sync and Cold Sync servers to Cloud is very Smooth.
2. File Sync agent give you the accessibility to sync your Fileserver Data to Cloud, to minimize your storage space.
3. WVD will provide you accessibility of your in-house /on-prem application from outside of your organization network.
4. ATA and ATP Security Services will provide you to secure environment.
What do you dislike?
1. 5TB space for File sync per folder is not enough.
2. Fail-back of DR sync servers are not so smooth, our on-prem servers got hang after fail-back complete, you have to reboot your servers once you complete the failback.
3.Technical support is poor.
4.Customizated WVD image still have pain to implement.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
FileSync services , give us relief to sync our file server data to cloud securely.

"Serves all our needs effectively and the migration was seamless."
What do you like best?
It just integrated with all our existing applications effortlessly and the end user did not see a difference and hardly knew about the migration.
What do you dislike?
We.moved to azure quite recently a nd we personally havent seem any big issues or concerns.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All our microsoft based applications sql server, active directory, sharepoint and office tools are on cloud.
