"Centralized managed Active directory from any where in the world"
What do you like best?
very easy to understand, easy to assigned the roles to users, every information related to user we get in one page like user logon issue, computer login with time stamp.
What do you dislike?
it take to much time when it is synced with on-prem active directory to applied permissions.

What do you like best?
It is very handy to have all of our security managed in a centralized way that makes it easy to the user. As a user I don't need to worry about authentication, but focus on developing areas that add more value.
It allows me to move between application with ease without multiple sign ons.
Managing privileges and policies is fairly easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike?
It is not flexible or customizable for specific needs. It only manages Microsoft accounts in the same domain.
At first it is not so intuitive to implement and the benefits are only clear or measurable when you have more than 50 users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of user groups for a better management of access and privileges amongst users.

We have strict security protocols and wanted an app that helped us manage these protocols to make it easy for the user and easy for our department to maintain and manage. It provided Huge time savings and you made sure we were compliant with all of the security Protocols of the company

"Great token for the security and user profiles in the Microsoft environment"
What do you like best?
Microsoft Azure Active Directory has enabled and secured our applications. The user profiles can be synced here and even from active directory. The Azure Active Directory is multi tenant supported which is best part I liked about this service. It is an Identity as a service which maintains the profiles and data credentials of the users. SSPR is one great tool where in we enable password reset portal for our tenant.
What do you dislike?
User Interface can be improved so that it will be more user friendlier.

We have Azure Active Directory for our tenant which is working like a charm and it is more sketchy when we need the need the information which is available all in one place. Also because of its integration of Active directory we are now less oriented to use of on-premise. Its really a wonderful solution provided by Microsoft.
