Awesome Tool For Linear Projects

What are the best aspects of this product?
Microsot Project presents businesses with a friendly and comfortable way to manage projects, particularly those modeled on linear workflows and dependencies. The software really helps you meet deadlines and more.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is not well integrated and is best for project managers and personnel who operate in the higher lever or managment level planning of work. It can be a total wast of time if you do not know what you are doing. Better if you opt for a system that combines integrated project planning, timetracking, issues and tickets.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The tool is perfect if you want to show you are effective.

What are the best aspects of this product?
MS Project is an excellent option for large project teams who do not have the time to manually enter large numbers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
MS Project can be a bit daunting especially for non-experienced users. The software has a learning curve and it takes a while before one can master the ins and outs of the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
MS Project significantly reduces, if not eliminate, the probabilities of human erros when it comes to calculations. I work with proposals and it has been a big help to me.

This is flexible and robust solution for managing all your projects

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the ability to customize the look, and to format the display so I can easily follow when dealing with team members. I’m allowed to add custom columns, to filter and sort tasks, to keep track of the meetings in the notes for every task, to sort and filter out closed items and to consider the upcoming tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be demanding when entering duration, work percent complete and resources. The trouble is that if you don’t do it right it overwrites the other fields and sometimes I don’t know what’s going on at the moment and later it is difficult to recover.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool helps us to organize and track project tasks, to follow up team meetings in each task, it saves us lot of time when it comes to transcribing into minute’s document.

Great Project Management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?
There are lot of things you can do with MPPM tool. It offers IRR, integration with MS TFS, complete control over the breakdown structure, includes Gantt chart and it allows you to plan a project within few minutes. I also like that it displays the information in old fashion.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m not satisfied with resource management, there are other products that offer better. Also, if other users want to open any project files they need to install this software. And you’re going to need some training so you can use all the functions of this product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When new requirement comes up we need to deliver them immediately. It helps us to keep everything in place and to handle all the requirements. We are able to run lot of reports/graph and to increase the progress and to focus on things that need more work.

What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really love about Microsoft Project is that it allows me to manage my budgets in a very neat and organized way. I also like the software's timeline functionality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I believe they could have done a better job on the taskbars, particularly the layouts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Microsoft Project significantly simplified the way I deal with budgeting and engineering design problems. I also use the software to manage a lot of projects and formulate solutions.
