"Great organization!"
What do you like best?
I love the organization that comes with Minute7. It's easy to track how much time is spent on each task and look back weeks later to see how much time/when that task was completed.
I love the calendar option of easily going back and forth to different dates to easily find things!
It's very easy to use!
The breakdown of time per day shown in a week is great and automatically totals up all of the numbers!
What do you dislike?
The timer could be updated a little more!
The "Quick Add" and filtering Customers and Service can be a little confusing and repetitive. Perhaps adding titles of what each one is, it could be easier to understand.
They've really updated it from the older version but it can be frustrating that it sometimes sends you to the old site with a timer set to redirect you to the new version.
I wish the times were set to actual times (ex: If I say I worked on something for 15 minutes, it shows up in Minute7 as .25) This can be a little confusing and hard to keep track of. The only way you know is if the hour ends up being exact - especially if you're using it for work that you need to work on different clients for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The newest update has been awesome and really was an improvement to the older version! I would highly recommend keeping up with updates to ensure a great product!

What do you like best?
- Easy to track where you spent your time!
- I love the timer on it! You can easily start the timer to begin a task and if you need to pause at any point, you can just pause and resume when ready! A great feature of it is if you click out of the timer, it's still running so you didn't lose any data!
- Tracks the date of the tasks so easily so you can see when and what you did on each day!
This a very easy time tracker for large or small businesses! I highly recommend using it if you aren't sure ! One of the options to always consider with this is to make sure you're timing yourself for easy payroll time!
What do you dislike?
You can't edit after the day is done. I think it would be nice to go through it after so you can edit anything that you may need to.
The top and bottom sections seem to be very similar so it could be confusing if you're not tech - savy or aren't familiar with tracking your time anywhere.
If you mark something as billable, you have to remember to uncheck it for the next entry -- I've made that mistake many of times where I marked something billable because I didn't unmark it after the previous task!

Do it! It's a very affordable and organizational software! I highly recommend it for any industry!

Keeping track of how long I've spent on clients/what I did and if it's billable! It's a great way to track different clients especially if you're working with more than one!
It offers a lot of benefits when it comes to keeping track of clients - especially when it comes to payroll/invoice time with clients.

What do you like best?
Minute7 is simple and easy to use. The interfaces are pretty much self explanatory. Minute 7 seems to provide excellent support. The online webpage and phone app make it very simple to add time and other details. The timer is excellent as well as it makes it easy to accurately record my time. The newest online version makes it even easier to add, correct and edit time and other details for my work week.
Minute7 has a lot of flexibility as well, so it's not very rigid as to how time is input.
The drop downs and interfaces make it extremely easy to manage, calculate and get an excellent overview of how time is spent each week. This is an excellent tool for trending how time is spent each week. It's also an excellent tool to trend how time is spent each week on each project and over the lifetime of various projects.
Minute7 also allows us to continually track time on each project. This allows us to ensure we're staying within the budget of each project.
The straightforwardness is excellent as well, as it makes Minute7 very easy to use.

There's nothing to really dislike with the app. It's very user friendly.
