What do you like best?
Being able to communicate with my clients and customers and have confidence that they are actually seeing it.
What do you dislike?
It's not super intuitive. If I haven't used a function in a while, I have to get a refresher on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask a lot of questions in the beginning to understand the full range of options. I waited to dig in and missed out on some valuable marketing opportunities.

In the event industry, things are constantly changing...with Mobiniti, I can send a text to my customers and clients and know that they are actually seeing it, unlike email.

What do you like best?
Cost. The price per message and low cost of entry is very appealing. The interface is largely easy to use.
What do you dislike?
Having to use a spreadsheet to import contacts without sending an opt-in (though I understand why it's like that, in order to keep the system for being used as spammers). Having to send an opt-out query every 30 days. Searching contacts could be better - would be better if you could search the custom fields.

Great prince compared to the competitors, and they're always trying to improve the product.

Mass texting of sales clients with weekly sales sheets. Increased sales. We've been able to get messages out that would not go out if sent individually due to carrier spam restrictions.

Easy to use from desktop or on the fly from my mobile device.
What do you dislike?
The one thing I wish is that I could do Quick polls / Surveys. Ie what so the drink of the day be? Margarita for mojito? .... reply..... etc....

Get multiple keywords ... once you use this service you’ll think of many ways to make it work for you even more !

What do you like best?
Mobiniti has helped our business have several successful text to win campaigns. It's user friendly and has helped us grow a list of customers.
What do you dislike?
I'm not sure I've found a downside of Mobiniti itself so far. Our main issues usually come from customers who think they are texting an actual person and try to have a conversation. The one issue we have had is that the auto winner picker feature has picked the same person more than once a few times.

Once you get used to using it, it can be very helpful for your business!

It allows us to have more randomly picked winners for our contests. If we are picking ourselves, we sometimes tend to show bias, but the random picker makes it easy to pick someone.
