What do you like best?
The user experience on the platform is great for candidates and quite seamless for recruiters and hiring managers.

I like that Modern hire provides the ability to allow candidates to pick times to interview with me. I also like the option to have my coverage use my link to schedule interviews when I come back from a few days off

Connections sometimes are very in and out- will loose the signal sometimes

Problems due to the current state of healthcare - allowing the managers and candidates to a video interview are amazing.

What do you like best?
Excellent support, feature rich product with more interview options than some of the competitors. We had a very aggressive implementation timeline that the Modern Hire team supported without a hiccup.
What do you dislike?
Adding questions and changing their order wasn't as easy as it should be or as easy as some of the other tools in the same space, but Modern Hire continues to adapt and make improvements and has now addressed this issue.

Time management, helps with scheduling interviews. Also gives good feedback. Nice into to AI for recruiters. Frees us up to do more productive activities.
What do you dislike?
A little clunky at times. Technology feels a little dated at times. Can't see answers until we log in for each candidates.

Give it a shot and get used to working with AI

Able to schedule more interviews and not have to chase candidates around. Helps find candidates who are really interested in the position and eliminate the window shoppers.

The platform is simple and easy to use. It is intuitive enough to just start using the program.

That I have not used it one time where it worked the whole way through.
