We use Monkey Learn to analyze open-ended responses in survey data. It's a new application for us so we are still working through the best models to apply in different situations. The team at ML has been amazing. I attended a webinar that helped me understand the basics, spent a weekend running models and experimenting. I ran into a roadblock and wasn't sure how to proceed. Riley from ML jumped on the phone with me first thing Monday morning to talk through it. He spent 45 minutes teaching me how to apply the tool's models and ways to optimize what I'm doing currently. Amazing level of support.

Can't think of anything. The models require training so accuracy isn't perfect at first--but that's to be expected as part of the process.

You can make only certain number of queries each month as per your plan. But that is still not a limitation. In terms of implementation, there is no such thing to dislike about Monkey Learn.

I would definitely recommend to use Monkey Learn as it has great facilities for reducing our work load and make us feel comfortable while dealing with complex problems. It has great user interface. It also provides tutorials that turns out to be helpful when you get confused at some point.

The main benefit Monkey Learn has provided is that it has reduced the efforts required earlier and at the same time it has increased the rate of accuracy. Also it is easy to use and one can easily implement the machine learning models required with the help of tutorials provided.
