"Muck Rack takes the admin and guessing out of PR."
What do you like best?
The most valuable feature in Muck Rack's offering is the Search functionality. Their database comprises of millions of journalists, editors, podcast hosts, freelance writers, you name it!
What do you dislike?
Ironically, my favourite functionality is also my least favourite. I find myself requesting profiles to be updated almost daily, but their Editorial Team is super quick to get the job done and let you know as soon as new details have been added.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Building comprehensive, relevant and up to date media lists. Automated reports and alerts.

It's a no brainer! Have used Cision for a while and Muck Rack is way better, faster, bolder. Great support.

What do you like best?
Muck Rack has done a great job integrating a media database with a CRM. It is easy to find reporters, set up a media list, use the platform to pitch directly to those reporters and then track responses.
What do you dislike?
The interface is generally good but it's not always intuitive. Muck Rack does a good job of providing Help articles and quick help via online chat.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better media research: more thorough media lists and better able to customize pitches because of the information that I can get more efficiently through Muck Rack. Easy reporting to clients.

What do you like best?
I like that I can build robust coverage reports, get automated daily alerts, and easily follow and pitch to a list of journalists.
What do you dislike?
I've had some difficulty getting the coverage reports to match what I've gotten with other tools; not sure if that's user error or related to the tool's back-end functionality.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm combining multiple media coverage and pitching tools into one, saving on cost and simplifying our team's processes.
