What do you like best?
The ease with which you could set up your account. There was really no learning curve.
What do you dislike?
There wasn't really a strong need for instruction, however some of the smaller nuances should be more clear.

It is really helpful to set everything up before using to prevent having to go back and correct things.

What do you like best?
Easy-to-use time tracking tool with basic (free) and pro (paid) options. As a freelancer, I have been using the basic (free) version and would recommend to those who are seeking a time tracking tool with a simple and intuitive user interface and the ability to upgrade to pro (paid) version.
What do you dislike?
There really isn't much to dislike about this tool based on my experience with the basic version. Perhaps it can a bit more upgrades with its design elements.

This tool enables me to keep a close tap of the time efforts I've made across my projects for each of my consulting clients. It is also a great tool that help enhance communications with my clients.

"Best way to track hours as a freelancer!"
What do you like best?
I love that I am able to log in and out for clients with ease using My Hours! I can then track exactly how many hours I worked in order to invoice my clients correctly.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could toggle between logins instead of logging out and having to log back in. Other than that, it is perfect!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend anyone who is doing contract or freelancer work to consider using my hours.com! The site allows you to track each hour worked and gives you the ability to invoice your clients right from the site.
I have been using this site for 3 years, at the suggestion of a coworker and love it!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Creating invoices for my clients is a breeze when using my hours! Simply log your hours (even note which projects you are working on to inform clients where you are spending the largest chunk of your time) and invoice as needed. This has been a huge help for me as a freelancer.

"My Hours.com - Old format Great, new format confusing"
What do you like best?
Nothing with the new format. Hard to sue and figure out. Like time logs , billable amounts and transcripts box for comments.
What do you dislike?
The change is very difficult to navigate. Difficult to make changes and edits in the comments box for daily tasks. The old format for free subscribers was much better. I have used My Hours for years and was great. Now I fear I may have to seek an alternative service for basic time management and clients tasks and transcripts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The new July 2020 website format for users is very difficult to navigate. If you find My Hours difficult, I would search for another service. I will most likely do the same after using MyHours (free service) for more than 3 years.

Under the old, Professional time logs and transcripts made it easy for the client to understand billings. The new way or format since July 2020 is simply confusing and terribly planned out.

It's simple yet has all the elements you require...the problem with time keeping is that it becomes another job and that's a pain but this app is brilliant and works with the flow of my day

Nothing :p - I needed support once and got two emails back from their team - they do everything and it's a straightforward, easy to use, efficient app - it has everything you need
