What are the best aspects of this product?
This is the perfect tool for monitoring large network end-to-end. I love that it's able to provide all the information I need such as uptime, downtime, and device failures. Overall, Nagios' performance is top-notch!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are times where the app hangs.

Nagios made our monitoring process easier and more efficient with the accuracy of information it provides. The real-time alerts of failed or down network makes network management easier for us.

I love this app but I hope they would add more notification options and improve its custom reporting function.

It needs large storage space. Refreshign the page also takes time.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Nagios can monitor the whole system effectively because of its 4-search engine feature. It allows you to monitor different IP addresses and security within the whole network. The dashboard is really good because it's able to capture all the needed information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would take time for the users to get used to it. It would also need a good internet connection to fully function.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nagios is an effective network monitoring app. It has all the needed information -- internal and external. It secured our system, data, IP address, and our servers.

It effectively monitors our networks hosts -- from distribution to access.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The web interface sometimes lags. The initial configuration is also hard to figure out, but thanks to their tech support team, we were able to get through it. Nagios is also not available in Linux.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us efficiently monitor our IT infrastructures through the pluginns, custom scripts, and its simple configuration.
