Everyone is friendly and very helpful! Plus service is quick. I had had this service for three years now and haven’t had any problems. I use Nextiva for my office telephone lines and fax machine number. The company makes service easy with just a text, email or phone call. I would highly recommend Nextiva!

Unmatched Customer Service
Nextiva has a great array of products that our company uses daily, but what really stands out is the customer service when our team has issues. Not only do we have our account manager who takes care of most of our issues when they arise, but there are 2 different lines to call when we need a problem resolved immediately. The Nextiva representatives are always prompt in answering and will not only fix the issue, but teach me how to fix it for next time it occurs. I cannot recommend this company enough!
