What do you like best?
nexus is super user friendly and so easy to manage

i wish there was an email that went out after an invoice was rejected and it let all the approved know rather than just the processor

What do you like best?
I am tasked with entering lots of reimbursement information, and Nexus makes it easy to show the Finance team where the money was spent, and who spent it. I also like that I can upload receipts easily.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that sometimes searching is not as user-friendly as I would like; it takes me some time to find old transactions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use nexus to ensure folks in the agency who have agency credit cards are able to be reimbursed properly. We also keep track of budget information using this.

What do you like best?
The ease of scanning invoices in, they go right from my scanner into nexus. No need to save, or upload anywhere. Also, as soon as my maintenance team needs something, it's put in and I can approve before they even have the chance to step foot in my office.
What do you dislike?
Nothing comes to mind, most of what I dislike comes from my coworkers that use it not the system itself.

It's great to have the ability for us onsite to input what we need and our corporate office can see the same thing and make the payments all from the same system.
