"All-rounded form plugin meets every requirements"
What do you like best?
This form plugin provides rich features meet all our requirements. The best thing is it provides number of options for span protection and we love Honeypot the most.
What do you dislike?
The features are great but each add-on feature comes with an additional cost. The pricing model is different from most similar solutions in the market and this is what we dislike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may first consider what features are required in your project and then check if such features are included in basic features or add-on features. If you need lots of add-on features, the cost of adopting Ninja Forms could be high and there are many other solutions on market that you can choose from.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We used a free solution before moving to Ninja Forms but the free solution had a major defect in spam protection. We then moved to Ninja Forms which clear us from spams.

"Robust tool for creating forms on your Wordpress site"
What do you like best?
I like that the form submissions are available to download and export to excel so that I can accurately track all of my submissions.
What do you dislike?
I had some trouble with fine-tuning the appearance of the form, so there is extra white space that I can't seem to remove. Other than that, the forms themselves work great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I utilize the add-on tool for advanced analytics so I can see fields like "URL referrer" on my web submissions when they are emailed to me. This allows me to better track the source of the web lead.

"A great form builder. Can get costly."
What do you like best?
Ninja Forms is an incredible form building tool. It simplifies the form building process, has an incredible builder UI (that still needs some work but is nice), and is very customizable. The best part is that it includes some pre-designed light/dark styles so it isn't 100% bare bones. Best of all, the basic version if FREE.
What do you dislike?
There are a few things I dislike a bout Ninja Forms. The first is the giant "Ninja" title in the backend of my client's sites. While I love it and think this is fun, there's something slightly unprofessional about telling my clients to simply "click in the Ninja button." Secondly, Ninja Forms is incredibly extendable. The downside is that extensions can get quite costly.

Ninja Forms is a great tool for somebody looking to get a great, clean, simple form up and running asap with little-to-no custom work needed.

What do you like best?
The free option gives a good selection of contact form types that you can customize for your needs. Its documentation is also good.

It can be a little confusing to forward emails to your personal account.
