The program has an interface a little difficult to handle and I think they should make it a little easier since there are many people who are not very expert in handling a computer or a Smartphone, many times the application gets stuck and it is a little desperate to have to wait a few minutes to continue the work.

Personally, it is not one of my favorite applications I consider that many things should be improved for this application to be good, but although it is not the best application has many things that could help us resolve some complicated situation because their freehand drawings are very good and creative.

In my baseball team they use this program a lot since many times they make drawings to each one of us and that has horrified us a lot of time to all in the organization since we can do it easily from the comfort of our house without any type of effort.

Instead, opting to limit free users in the number of projects they can create. Which I consider a far better limitation for people on the fence about buying it.

The interface could use some work, it looks quite dated compared to other modern tools. Also, it's somewhat cluttered which made it confusing to learn how to use for beginners.

Consider looking at some ninjamock tutorials first before using the tool, it's fantastic, but the UI can be a bit dated.

There is a strong lack of quality wireframing tools for beginners who are just getting into the field of web design and front end development. NinjaMock helped fill in this gap by providing a quality tool at an affordable price point.
