Love the support and the tool itself

What are the best aspects of this product?
NinjaRMM possesses fantastic remote capabilities without disrupting us and our clients. I like that it comes with good reporting functionality and customization options. The tool is easy to use, with an easy-to-understand interface, good customer support, and great design.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Here are the things I don’t like about this tool: no support for Linux users (but they said they’ll work on this in the coming updates) no deployment tool, and no installation support for some major products, such as MS Office (although they’ve integrated some products that are very useful).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM is an excellent tool, and it’s way better than other solutions of its kind out there. Its patching features allow the use of different devices or clients. The integration with TeamViewer makes it more flexible. It comes with an easy-to-use dashboard, and it’s easy to spot which clients require reboots or patches, regardless of their numbers.

What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love most about this tool is that it recognizes its users as a big part of its success. It has a friendly and responsive customer service that helps us address our and our customer’s needs. They are always ready to help and provide suggestions to bridge the gap between us and our clients. Additionally, the webinars the offer is pretty amazing, offering new ideas that we can use for continuous growth.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
From my personal point-of-view and experience of using this tool, I can say that it’s better to use Notes for other purposes than relying on something that’s integrated into the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Problems are inevitable in any business, and ours is no exemption. But NinjaRMM helps us find solutions to our problems, and from there, we’re able to know what we should do or what steps we should take next. That said, we save ourselves ample time and take the right track when solving problems.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I am glad I found NinjaRMM, and it’s really helpful, especially that people have to work from due to the COVID-19 crisis. It is a cloud-hosted software, which allows patching much easier and convenient for my remote team. Our life couldn’t be this easier without this tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not actually a biggie, but I just noticed some common features included in the software. However, that’s not going to affect the tool’s overall performance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM brings huge assistance to my team during the COVID-19 pandemic. It gives me added confidence that my workforce is patched correctly.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can seamlessly add devices, and the tool comes with robust reporting. I also appreciate the SMS notifications after setting up NinjaRMM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish I could add all the devices I used on the pricing model I have chosen. Also, it would be great of the notifications can be customized according to users’ preferences.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NinjaRMM helps us determine if there are ongoing issues taking place even if we lose the connection. Thanks to the cloud messaging and alerts.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The tool is very dependable when it comes to monitoring and management. The patching functionality works incredibly great. I also love the consistent updates and the new features it brings in every update. Pricing is even competitive—you can satisfyingly get what you paid for.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Pulling out data from the tool’s interface sometimes takes much time. I am having a hard time viewing all system’s statuses in a single display.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With NinjaRMM, the time taken in supporting, monitoring, and maintaining hundreds of computer systems is reduced. I love the help it gives to the organization.
