"Rough to set up, but phenominal to use"
What do you like best?
Everything is so well integrated and detailed, easy to manage and modify once set up
What do you dislike?
The initial set up is lengthy and somewhat difficult. Start up can be quite slow and the system may sometimes freeze moentarily

Familiarize yourself with common terms

The ability to track and monitor access points and users from anywhere allows administrators to confidently manage key areas of businesses as well as who may or may not be a threat. The ability to modify access levels instantly is also beneficial in case of emergencies or promotions. Lastly, being able to disable access rights at any time is very useful in preventing loss or damage.

What do you like best?
Account management from an admin perspective is phenomenal with very easy and swift access enablement.
What do you dislike?
The UI / UX could be designed better. System looks a bit dated although the use and security strength is phenomenal.

Continue to be at the lower pricing plan and flexibility. Should increase offering and provide better support.

Customer-side ID management is a very sensitive topic so we wanted to insure there is not only a strong backend key management but also a robust security platform that protects the customer data.
