The customer support is inexistant and they can close your customer account without any prior warning! Avoid Omnisend at any costs!!! Better alternatives are on the market!

I wish I read their reviews a time ago.At the very beginning, their software worked.For at least the last 2 years I have always had the same problems due to their software.Specifically the filters they propose simply do not create the right segments.PLUS, they invent all sorts of technical things to increase your rate month after monthPLUS they have always had the same errors for at least 2 years and nobody is working to fix themPLUS their support really don't know what their company is about

This is the worst software EVER
This is the worst software EVER! I curse the day we took this and implemented this across the team. Go to Klaviyo!A) They rip you off and charge you more. B) The service agents have absolutely NO idea how their system works. C) They are not willing to solve it and are in the business to rip you off. D) They don't even have a tech team they escalate to to solve a problem and just waste your time and chase you in circles. E) Basic features aren't in place. F) The system keeps automatically changing unsubscribed into subscribed users so you get registered as 'spammer'It is one s*** software. And I can absolutely NOT recommend it.

SUCK AND WORST
First, they did not connect the store to my primary domain, so all the URLs in automation emails ARE WRONG, and no way to change that unless to create a new account, which means I will lose all the campaign data. Now they blamed updating the primary domain in Shopify without telling them, which we did not do.Second, they allow you to AB test the content, subject line, but not the sending time, and the report of the AB test is useless, and nothing helps you. Last, there are so many bugs in their system, most importantly, the support team is very unprofessional, slow reply and will ask us to wait 24- 48 hours for developers to fix it and it will take days to fix one small issue. Last, The data of campaigns on the downloaded file is NOT the same as the one in the report dashboard completely.OVERALL, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!

Quality product and support
I have been using Omnisend for several years, and for several businesses. The email system works great, the team are always working on new features and every time I have had an issue and contacted support by email or chat I get a response within hours, or at most within 24 hours. Switched from MailChimp and wouldn't go back.
