The lifecycle journey is another strong tool available. you can schedule multiple campaigns and save your time. Once your campaign is over, you can have great analysis to review how it performed and you get more insight of what you can achieve by testing further campaigns.

Optimove is a great segmentation tool, which we use to plan, execute, measure and optimise our marketing activities. It uses a very clever algorithm of segmenting customers based on their behaviour, which allows us to send the right offer to the right group of customers, increasing the pick-up rate.

Optimove provides easy to read and transparent analytics, which allow us to check the performance of each campaign separately as well as compare target groups and and analyse customers' migration.

Our account managers are always helpful, they systematically provide team training and assist us in resolving issues.

You can't delete an action if you have used it once. We end up having a huge list of actions which are no longer used, but take up the space.

It auto-archives unused target groups, however we often need to reuse them again, and it creates issues finding them in the archive folder and move them back to the active folder.

Optimove is great for automated streams as well as one-off campaigns, the set up is quite straight forward and the result in KPI's is visible relatively soon.
