"Great order management processing application"

What do you like best?

I enjoy that our team can have it customized to what our needs are. Being able to modify how certain criteria of orders can be moved via tasks to various teams to verify all our projects are addressed completely before we install and begin billing the customer for their newly ordered services. I really appreciate how it can fire off multiple tasks simultaneously so various teams can be working on a project. The customization of the product is really key and honestly the primary reason I appreciate this product so much.

What do you dislike?

While it works best and fastest via Chrome, not all the views and options work as it would in IE. I am hopeful that with IE going away and many users preferring Chrome, these changes will be made very soon. I really appreciate that we can utilize this tool virtually easily through VPN and can check on any of our work devices.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The primary problem being solved is that I can have multiple times work on the same project simultaneously, so we can prepare orders for customers more efficiently and faster to provide a more positive customer experience.

What do you like best?

The app is very user friendly. Users can easily update their profiles and make reservations on their own. It can also be used as a great referral system being that everyone can see other members information.

What do you dislike?

Their customer support team take forever to respond. You also cannot access Optix on a computer. The dashboard has a few bugs and requires me to refresh the screen a lot.

invoices are easier to edit before they go out. I find that Optix members benefit from the app because it gives them room to schedule appointments on their own.

Helps me de escalate a collect call by giving me access to the customers old bill and I can detail what exactly makes up their balance
