"ORUM is a GAME CHANGER"
What do you like best?
As a rep, I always had a hard time clicking dial and always overthought my pitch... with ORUM, it lets me come into each call naturally and really listen to the prospect! ORUM helps me have more conversations and in turn book more meetings. The most meetings I booked in one week without ORUM was 5.... with ORUM, I booked 9!
What do you dislike?
I usually do my laundry while I am dialing with ORUM and because I get so many connects, I can never finish my laundry without getting interrupted

Connects and conversations. I have realized that ORUM helps me gain both of these. Sure you lose some but you win more than you ever have before!

Orum is great! I probably talked to 2 or 3 times more people in a day than I did before, in less time!

It take some getting used to, once you are comfortable you will never want to cold call without ORUM.

When talking to more people in less time, your results will be boosted in sales. As a result of talking to more people in less time, I had more time for account research and that also gave me more meetings.

Historically we have had a low connection rate but a high conversion rate when we are able to get the right person on the phone. Orum allows us to make up to 10 calls at once significantly improving our connection rate. We are
What do you dislike?
The team at Orum has been great to work with and has taken a ton of our feedback and improved the product quickly. There is still a delay which hurts us at times but you will have that with all parallel dialers and there are certainly ways to compensate for that. The only other thing I would like to see is more Orum specific reporting in SFDC. As a leader, it would be helpful to not have to log into another system to access important data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
By increasing our connection rate we are able to get to a "no" or referral sooner which saves us significant time. We are also able to clean up our data as we find "bad" numbers immediately. Because we are talking to more people and pitching more often the team is able to practice live more frequently which allows them to ramp quicker.

What do you like best?
Orum is an incredible "parallel" dialer that allows our SDR team to make 2-3x more calls per day. We did the ROI analysis at my company and realized this would allow us to improve our sales pipeline considerably. This is a no brainer investment for us.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I can really think of to flag. The ORUM team is exceptionally responsive and want to see their customers succeed. They are a pleasure to work with.

I like the fact that you can accelerate your connection and conversation rate 10X faster than dialing on your own.
What do you dislike?
I think it's a little expensive but if you have a high ACV you'll get an ROI fast, I also wish it worked with google sheets.
